Qualifications

  • 5+ ans d'expérience en vente dans l'industrie des accessoires mobiles.
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, avec des relations établies dans l'industrie.

Position Summary :

As a National Account Manager, you will have a recognized history in the Mobile Accessories Industry alongside a proven track record of positioning multiple brands in a highly competitive landscape. You will be responsible for meeting and exceeding profit and revenue goals across key Retail, Telecom and Distribution channels, working closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Planning and Operations to initiate, execute and fulfill the necessary product portfolios to achieve those goals. You will be able to utilize your extensive contacts to help manage existing and drive new business relationships. The primary function of this role is to manage and accelerate the growth of sales across your Accounts while seeking out new opportunities. You should also collaborate with the Regional Sales Director and other senior team members to help influence and set revenue, product and company strategies. You must be a high performing sales driver, well organized, and adaptable.

Main Responsibilities :

  1. 35% Sales Management: Direct new product launches, initiatives, and promotions execution within accounts. Present regular business reviews and new product launches. Oversee promotions, MDF, accounts, customer and channel level financials. Work with internal teams on behalf of clients to ensure the highest level of customer service. Build relationships and meet directly with existing customers and identify new opportunities to acquire new business. Interface with product and operations internally to resolve issues that directly impact partners. Reach quantitative and qualitative targets.
  2. 25% Department / Team Management: Understand and implement against the playbook to achieve unit budget plan, profitability, and portfolio targets. Drive Account and Opportunity plans. Manage and implement the sales forecasting, planning, and buyer-driven sales and marketing processes, establishing high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency within those accounts. Ensure quarterly revenue and profit targets for the business are achieved. Own budgets and manage P&L’s by Account.
  3. 20% Strategy: Execute sales strategy for all brands and across all channels. Influence roadmap requirements in conjunction with the executive team. Own the revenue targets for target Accounts and new business. Accountability and ensure we meet targets. Present strategy and status updates on Accounts and Channels as necessary. Ability to pinpoint areas of opportunity at multiple levels.
  4. 15% Travel
  5. 5% Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills :

  1. 5+ years of relevant sales experience in Mobile Accessories essential.
  2. Native French and English.
  3. Established relationships with industry contacts in key customers, both existing and potential.
  4. Experience of selling from a Mobile Accessories brand into Retail and Telecom channels is preferred.
  5. Ability to create strong relationships with key client stakeholders at both senior and mid-management levels.
  6. Ability to understand the competitive landscape and market trends.
  7. Proven track record of driving revenue growth with large customer accounts.
  8. Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  9. Effective at multitasking and ability to work on multiple projects.
  10. Detail-oriented with understanding of consistency towards brand guidelines.
  11. Ability to work well in a team environment.
  12. Effective in a fast-paced environment and ability to meet deadlines.
  13. Provable knowledge of consultative selling vs. fact-based selling would be advantageous.
  14. Have experience managing major retailers and distributors.
