Job Summary

We invite you to join our team as an Enterprise Architect and become a key driver of integration, innovation, and efficiency within our organization.

As a member of the Architecture team, the Enterprise Architect is accountable for proactively leading technology transformation activities and driving targeted business outcomes. His / Her main duties include providing guidance to the organization in an increasingly complex technological environment, facilitating and leading architectural & design discussions, aligning stakeholders around product-oriented solutions aligned with our agile operating model, as well as overseeing the overall coherence and integrity of the company's global system & technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Under the responsibility of the Head of Architecture, the Solution Architect’s key activities are:

  • Assist Business and IT to design product & technology roadmaps.
  • Advise senior management on key initiatives and help guide business-critical architectural choices & strategies.
  • Facilitate inter-program and inter-project issues.
User-Centric Solution Design
  • Help shape user-centric solutions, with a product-driven mindset.
  • Drive & facilitate architecture discussions, design workshops, initiate solution design artifacts, etc., to build alignment & clarity with stakeholders around clearly defined architectural options.
Holistic Product & Tech Integration
  • Define & implement strategies to build a coherent system, technology & data architecture across our global organization. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our system landscape operates cohesively.
Build & Maintain Architecture Assets
  • Define and maintain architecture patterns, strategies, accelerators, and best practices, working with the rest of the architecture team and applying them to various initiatives and architectural challenges.
  • Update architecture data repository and cartography of our global system landscape.
Profile Required
  • Participate in the organization of architecture chapter ceremonies (architecture committees, round tables, crew catch-up sessions, etc.)
  • Promote architecture team activities throughout the organization.
  • Build a network of contacts within crews, squads, and stakeholders to stay updated on initiatives, challenges, and projects, and to provide assistance as necessary.
Required Experience & Competencies
  • Willingness to adapt and learn in a dynamic technology environment.
  • Strong understanding of the design, architecture, and/or implementation of complex IT systems, gained within a consultancy, systems integrator, financial services, or similar organization, through experience in various systems delivery programs and projects.
Technical Skills
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills; ability to estimate business, risk, and financial impacts of architecture choices.
  • Advanced knowledge of architectural principles, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Industry awareness of key methodologies, approaches, and market trends, including enterprise architecture frameworks, business and technology capabilities, internal and external integration, and agile development.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of modern software architecture, development, and methodology.
Location

Paris (center). Important to be located in or near Paris, or willing to relocate to Paris.

Home office: Only 2 days per week. No home office during the trial period (4 months + 4 months).
