Une entreprise innovante recherche un Designer Pédagogique expérimenté pour transformer l'expérience d'apprentissage de ses clients. Dans ce rôle clé, vous serez responsable de la création de programmes de formation interactifs et engageants, tout en collaborant avec des experts pour assurer la qualité et la pertinence des contenus. Qualifications

Enablon’s software solution helps our customers to become safer and more sustainable. We're looking for an experienced instructional designer to help us realize this vision.

We're transforming the enablement experience for our customers, both internal and external, by building a new team inside the product management group. This person will be responsible for helping us ensure that our internal team members are equipped with the knowledge they need to serve our clients and deliver value.

We are currently looking for our Instructional Designer.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Work with business stakeholders to identify priorities and build an enablement roadmap.
  2. Lead the development and implementation of learning strategies, programs, and initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
  3. Conduct thorough needs assessments and learning gap analyses to identify performance improvement opportunities.
  4. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), trainers, and stakeholders to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevance.
  5. Use innovative thinking to design and implement interactive digital learning experiences which mimic real-life conditions where possible.
  6. Continually improve training materials by identifying necessary changes through the evaluation of the effectiveness of the learning programs.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Learning & Development to enhance existing programs and recommend innovative solutions.
  8. Work with less experienced team members to help them progress and deliver.
Expected Outcomes:

  2. Improved business outcomes related to sales, customer support, and project implementation.
Education and Job Qualifications:
  1. Master or Bachelor’s Degree.
  2. Excellent command of French and English.
Work Experience:
  1. 6+ years working in a professional environment in a learning/content creation role.
  2. Proven experience designing and developing content in a corporate learning environment with a global audience, using core instructional principles and theories.
  3. Exceptional communication and organizational skills, demonstrates initiative and works well in a team-based environment.
  4. Results-oriented, demonstrating a strong drive toward customer service and acceptance of accountability for results.
Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:
  1. Proficiency in training development software (Adobe Creative Cloud, Articulate 360, Twine).
  2. In-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in Software technology.
  3. Experience working with Business stakeholders and a sound understanding of their typical training needs.
  4. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify innovative solutions.
  5. Ability to drive projects forward while providing guidance to more junior members of the team.
  6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to maintain positive working relationships.
Location and Travel Requirements:

Based in the Paris area (Bois-Colombes), flex-office or remote work if preferred. Infrequent international travel may be required.
