Qualifications

• Min 4 ans d'expérience sur ServiceNow.
• Certifications requises: CSA et CIS dans au moins deux modules.
• Expérience de travail avec des entreprises italiennes.

Responsabilités

• Diriger les activités du projet et définir les solutions techniques et architecturales.
• Configurer la plate-forme ServiceNow, y compris ITSM et création de catalogues de services.
• Communiquer des concepts techniques complexes aux audiences techniques et non techniques.

As a ServiceNow Architect, you will be responsible for leading the team in project activities, defining the solution from both a technical and architectural perspective.

• Minimum 4 years of experience directly on ServiceNow
• ServiceNow Fundamentals Certified (CSA) and Implementation Specialist Certified (CIS) in at least two modules such as ITSM, ITBM, ITOM (Event Management), HR, SAM, CMDB, or ServiceNow microcertifications including Performance Analytics
• Strong technical communication skills in English, able to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
• Proven experience with ServiceNow Development Platform, including ITSM, ITOM, Change Management, Custom Development, and integrations using web services, email, and SSO
• Experience in ServiceNow platform configuration, including setting up instances with ITSM and Service Catalog creation
• Candidate must have experience working with major Italian companies on ServiceNow projects

Preferred additional skills include:

• Experience with PowerShell
• Experience with SQL / Oracle
• Knowledge of monitoring tools for data centers (e.g., Nagios, Dynatrace)
