Une entreprise de conseil en IT recherche un Architecte Digital pour des projets autour de ServiceNow. Le candidat idéal aura au moins 4 ans d'expérience, des certifications appropriées, et sera capable de diriger des initiatives stratégiques dans un environnement dynamique. Vous travaillerez avec des clients importants en France et à l'international, en participant activement à leur transformation numérique.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 ans d'expérience sur ServiceNow.
• Expérience en développement sur la plateforme ServiceNow.
• Connaissance des modules ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, HR, SAM, CMDB.

Responsabilités

• Diriger les activités de projet et définir des solutions techniques.
• Configurer des instances ServiceNow et créer des Catalogues de Services.
• Collaborer avec des entreprises majeures italiennes sur des projets ServiceNow.

As a ServiceNow Architect, you will lead project activities, defining solutions from a technical and architectural perspective. Requirements include:

• Minimum 4 years of experience directly on ServiceNow
• ServiceNow Fundamentals Certified (CSA) and Implementation Specialist Certified (CIS) in at least two modules such as ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, HR, SAM, CMDB, or ServiceNow microcertifications
• Strong technical communication skills in English, capable of explaining complex concepts clearly
• Extensive experience with ServiceNow Development Platform, including development of core modules, scripting, business rules, UI scripts, transform maps, and integrations
• Experience configuring ServiceNow instances, including ITSM implementation and Service Catalog creation
• Strong experience with ServiceNow projects involving major Italian companies
• Knowledge of two or more of the following: PowerShell, SQL/Oracle, monitoring tools such as Nagios or Dynatrace

Preferred candidates will demonstrate strong understanding of ServiceNow technologies/modules and relevant project experience.
