HCL Technologies - Microsoft Business Applications Practice is seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect to join our award-winning and growing team.

This individual will collaborate with business analysts and other team members to determine the best design approach regarding the overall solution, including system design, data integration, and migration. The Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect carries the ultimate responsibility for meeting customer requirements and completing the project.

Responsibilities include:

1. Leading customer workshops, documenting requirements, and designing appropriate solutions.
2. Understanding the capabilities of the development team and scheduling their work accordingly, providing support when needed.
3. Architecting Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform solutions and integrations.
4. Creating and reviewing solution, functional, and technical specifications documentation.
5. Designing, developing, reviewing, and testing customized code for Dynamics CE Customer Engagement.
6. Staying current on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and related technologies, particularly Azure stack and Co-Pilot technologies.
7. Mentoring senior staff to ensure team growth.
8. Advising customers on best practices for CRM processes, UI, and architecture.
9. Working with Power Platform and related functionalities such as Canvas Apps, Power Portals, and Model-Driven Apps.
10. Managing D365 / Power Platform Data Migration and Application Lifecycle Management.

Role Product Knowledge includes setup, configuration, and deployment of Field Service, Sales, and Contact Center, as well as Customer Insights Data.

Desired Skills:

1. Omnichannel experience including Contact Center setup, Unified Routing, Agent Experience profiles, Workforce Management, and Bots.
2. Solid Microsoft platform software or IT experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a consultancy environment.
3. Over 5 years of experience as a technical or solution architect with Dynamics 365.
4. At least 5 end-to-end full lifecycle implementations of Dynamics 365.
5. Expertise in at least 4 modules such as Sales, Service, Marketing, or Portals.
6. Knowledge of Enterprise Application Integration and Architecture patterns.
7. Ability to manage or lead multiple large projects (6-24 months).
8. Up-to-date understanding of business processes related to sales, marketing, and customer service.
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and Visio.
