Segment: Mars Global Services

Location: France (Haguenau - 30 min from Strasbourg), United Kingdom (Slough), or United States (Chicago or Newark)

Under the leadership of the Integration Platform Transformation Lead, the Architect SAP BTP Integration is responsible for building or expanding one of the integration platforms that will enable Mars' transformation programs, such as SAP BTP integration suite, Azure Integration Services, or Solace.

In a complex, multi-platform environment such as Mars, they will work with peers and third parties to ensure consistency across all platforms.

What are we looking for?

• Proven experience working with modern integration technologies like API management, Event Mesh, IPaaS (essential)
• Experience with SAP BTP is an asset
• Proven experience in technical platform architecture, design, and deployment
• Experience managing a portfolio of technical projects
• Effective communication skills across diverse audiences from senior leaders to technical experts
• Excellent English (written and spoken)
• Remote resource management capabilities

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Design, build, and deploy new integration platforms and improve existing ones
• Define platform standards and operating procedures (naming conventions, documentation templates, coding standards, etc.)
• Create reusable constructs, guides, and procedures to maximize platform utilization and efficiency
• Guide delivery teams on development tasks, ensuring consistency across partners and platforms
• Ensure standards are followed and quality objectives are met
• Define the roadmap for the integration platform(s)
• Ensure platform security according to Infosec standards
