Qualifications

• 3 à 5 ans d'expérience sur des projets d'hospitalité.
• Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.
• Compréhension des réglementations d'accessibilité françaises.

Responsabilités

• Concevoir et gérer des projets d'hospitalité de l'idée à la livraison finale.
• Présenter et articuler des propositions créatives aux clients.
• Collaborer avec des équipes techniques pour assurer la qualité d'exécution.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and managing interior projects within the hospitality sector (hotels, restaurants, spas…) from concept through to delivery.

Role requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and manage hospitality projects (hotels, restaurants, spas, etc.) from initial concept to final delivery.

Present and articulate creative proposals to clients.

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure feasibility and quality of execution.

Conduct ongoing research into materials, trends and innovations within the hospitality sector.

Oversee aesthetic aspects during site supervision, in collaboration with project managers.

Qualities & characteristics

Degree in Architecture, fluent in both French and English.

3 to 5 years of experience working on hospitality projects (hotels, restaurants, spas, etc.).

Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of Revit or Rhino is a plus.

Solid understanding of French accessibility and ERP regulations.

Detail-oriented, autonomous, rigorous, with strong interpersonal skills.

Team player, adaptable and versatile.
