About The Opportunity

• Outlier is seeking talented writers fluent in Arabic (UAE) to help train generative artificial intelligence models.
• This is a remote, freelance opportunity with flexible hours, allowing you to work whenever it suits you.

Contributions

• Reading Arabic (UAE) text to rank responses produced by an AI model.
• Writing short stories in Arabic (UAE) on given topics.
• Assessing the factual accuracy of Arabic (UAE) texts generated by AI.

Desired Expertise

• Experience as a professional translator.
• Professional writing experience (copywriting, journalism, technical writing, editing, etc.).
• Enrolled in or completed an undergraduate program in a humanities or related field.
• Enrolled in or completed a graduate program related to creative writing.

Payment

• Average pay rate for core work by Arabic (UAE) experts is USD $12.5 per hour.
• Rates vary based on expertise, skills assessment, location, project needs, and other factors. Higher rates may be available for PhDs. Lower rates may apply during onboarding or overtime phases. Incentives may also be offered.
