Une entreprise dynamique recherche un Spécialiste des Médias Sociaux Organique pour renforcer sa présence sur les réseaux sociaux. En tant que membre de l'équipe marketing, vous allez créer du contenu engageant et dirigerez la stratégie de contenu sur plusieurs plateformes. Nous cherchons un candidat passionné, créatif et autonome, avec une bonne compréhension du marketing digital et idéalement une maitrise de l'anglais et du français.

Qualifications

• Poursuivre un master en université ou école de commerce.
• Expérience initiale en ventes ou marketing digital.
• Autonomie, proactivité, et capacité à interagir à différents niveaux.

Responsabilités

• Gérer les plateformes de médias sociaux d'Arlo en Europe.
• Définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie de médias sociaux organiques.
• Suivre les tendances et analyser la performance du contenu.

As part of the marketing team, you'll work closely with the brand, creative, product, and paid media teams across Europe. Your goal is to strengthen Arlo's presence on social media and help grow the brand in the connected security camera space. You'll be at the heart of our social media content strategy, leading the creation and distribution of engaging content tailored to each platform and audience.

Your responsibilities :

• Manage Arlo's social media platforms in Europe (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X...) with engaging and creative content (posts, stories, videos, carousels, etc.)
• Help define and implement the organic social media strategy aligned with the brand's image
• Build the editorial calendar in line with key marketing and commercial moments
• Collaborate with internal teams (brand, creative, product, CRM, paid media, etc.) to ensure consistency in messaging
• Monitor social media trends, industry best practices, and competitors' actions
• Track content performance (engagement, reach, community growth, etc.) and suggest improvements
• Identify opportunities for organic partnerships with content creators or relevant partners
• Adapt formats and tone to each platform and audience

Your profile :

• You are pursuing a master's degree at a university or business school and have some initial experience in sales or digital marketing
• You are curious and eager to learn, with strong attention to detail and confidence interacting with people at various organizational levels
• You are thorough, creative, and passionate about your work, demonstrating autonomy, proactivity, and initiative
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and knowledge of social media management tools is a plus
• You are fluent in English (working language), and a good command of French is a bonus
