Job Description:

Hermès International is seeking a future apprentice for 12 months starting in September 2025 within its Retail Activities department. This internship will be based in Paris. Main tasks include assisting the Group's Visual Merchandising team with projects related to:

• Coordination of projects linked to product display
• Coordination of training projects related to all scopes of VM (Product Display, PLV, Store Design, Artwork Décors)
• Promotion of Store Décor
• Internal communication

Specific responsibilities include:

• Product Display: Collaborate with the VM Guidelines & Training Manager on the 'VM Inspiration Booklets', including product shooting, simulations, and recommendations. Compile photos of store displays for internal reporting.
• Artworks Décor: Work with Artworks Project Managers to layout brochures with explanatory texts about artworks for sales teams.
• Training: Assist in creating training materials for VM training programs and help organize training sessions.
• Work abroad: Support VM activities internationally.

Profile requirements include:

• Student in Visual Merchandising, Design, or Luxury Fashion Management, preferably in 4th or 5th year.
• Proficiency in drawing software (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
• Fluent in English and proficient in French.
• Strong product sensitivity, retail culture, and prior VM project or retail experience.
• Team spirit, organizational skills, independence, positivity, and a sense of fun.
