We are looking for our next Underwriting Assistant apprentice starting from 01/09/2025 for a duration of 6 months at our AXA Headquarters!

Location: 25 avenue Matignon, 8th arrondissement Paris.

Within the Business Unit Operations, you will join the Underwriting Coordination & Quality Management team as an Underwriting Assistant.

What You’ll Do

1. Support the placement teams on various cross-functional missions.
2. Prepare renewal data, including contractual, claims, and data related to catastrophe events.
3. Manage contractual derogations.
4. Participate in controlling internal reports to ensure the reliability of contractual data.
5. Contribute to drafting internal procedures and user guides.
6. Assist in the evolution of placement tools.
7. Perform specific studies, such as statistical reports.

Your Profile

Who You Are

• Enrolled in a Master's program with a specialization in Insurance, seeking an internship at AXA.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Capable of managing databases and manipulating data.
• Fluent in English.
• Curious, dynamic, independent, and rigorous.
