Ce stage en Bac +5 vise à intégrer un environnement dynamique où vous contribuerez à des projets innovants et multiculturels, avec un accompagnement de tuteur pour un développement de compétences renforcé.

Qualifications

• Étudiants en Bac +5, idéalement en ingénierie industrielle ou maintenance.
• Connaissances en sécurité opérationnelle et FMEA requises.

• Développer la standardisation du cadre de référence pour les activités d'ingénierie.
• Implémenter l'application de maintenance TENAMS.

Technip Energies is a multidisciplinary company. As part of the development of our operation & maintenance and innovation activities, we are developing the standardization of our reference framework for our operation and maintenance engineering activities and the TENAMS ( Asset Maintenance System) application to facilitate our studies.

Your mission will be in conjunction with the Operations and Maintenance referent and the Operations and Maintenance managers on projects for the following activities :

• Participation in the development of the standardization of the reference framework for operations and maintenance engineering activities for the Technip group with its process and procedures,
• Implementation of the new TENAMS maintenance application.
• This tool allows you to define :
• A workload plan to maintain the designated plants and the estimated operating expenses (OPEX – Operation Expenditure),
• A maintenance program to implement the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS),
• A maintenance optimization application based on Failure Mode, Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMEA) studies,
• A spare parts management platform.

The objective of this part will be :

• The update of the standard database for calculating the weighting of maintenance times according to the sizes of equipment categorized by category according to ISO 14224.
• The development of an application to : Automating the retrieval of equipment sizes in the application. Integration of failure modes for each equipment category. The attachment of standard spare parts according to the equipment category. Participation in FMEA studies with a view to automating these studies through TENAMS.

What we expect from you :

• In Bac +5 course
• Type of target school : University of Technology of Troyes UTT - Industrial Engineering, Polytech Nancy – MSS, ENAM – master maintenance.
• You have knowledge of : Operational safety, FMEA, Visual Basic
• You have operational English (oral and written).
• You are curious, open to the international, autonomous, and a source of proposals.
• You have had an internship experience in the field of operation and maintenance in the industry.
• Knowledge of the office pack, Excel, Adobe PDF, Piton.

During this internship, you will be accompanied by a tutor to answer your various questions. This internship will be an opportunity for you to increase your skills, acquire technical knowledge and integrate into a multicultural project team.
