As a Apprenticeship Tech Talent Acquisition, you will join the Tech People Acquisition team, comprising 6 members and reporting to the HR Development France division.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

In this role, your main missions will be:

  • You will proactively source our future tech talents (Frontend, Backend, Mobile iOS/Android, SRE, Data Engineers, Architects, IT Project Managers, etc.). We primarily utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, but other initiatives are underway, and you are encouraged to propose new relevant channels.
  • With the help of a Senior recruiter, you are a true partner of the tech managers. Regular meetings are organized to thoroughly understand their needs, provide your expertise, and support them throughout the recruitment process.
  • You will follow the entire recruitment cycle: briefing, job posting, pre-qualification, selection, technical test follow-up, in-person interviews, and final offer. A personality and motivation test (AssessFirst) is sent to each candidate, aiding in identifying their true potential.
  • You continuously seek to expand your general tech knowledge, understand the specificities of roles within Betclic, and stay informed about market trends (Cloud, DevOps, CI/CD, etc.).
  • You will also participate in employer branding activities (job fairs, conferences, etc.).

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm!

This job is for you if:

  • You're pursuing a Master's degree (1st or 2nd year) in Human Resources and are looking for a apprenticeship.
  • Ideally, you have prior experience through an internship or work-study in a digital environment. Knowledge of tech roles isn't mandatory—we can help you develop those skills.
  • You possess strong verbal communication skills, can articulate your thoughts clearly, and are curious and proactive.
  • You're persistent and, at times, patient .
  • You're eager to join a challenging professional environment.
  • You have an interest in sports and/or gaming.
  • Finally, you speak English.

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

If your application is shortlisted, Marine will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).

You will then meet Etienne, People Acquisition Manager, then Julie, Responsible for the acquisition and experience of people.

Finally, Marine will welcome you for a final HR interview, during which you will debrief your AssessFirst test together and you will meet the team in our office.

The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
