Technip Energies recherche un apprenti au sein du département fiscal pour une mission d'un an. Vous aurez l'opportunité de travailler sur des sujets de fiscalité internationale, transfert de prix et assistance à l'implémentation de projets. Ce poste exige de la rigueur et des compétences analytiques, et vous permettra d'interagir avec des équipes internationales tout en renforçant vos connaissances en fiscalité.

Qualifications

• Niveau Bac +4 / 5 dans une université ou école de commerce.
• Aisance en rédigé et en synthèse d'informations financières.
• Bonne maîtrise de l'anglais.

Responsabilités

• Rédiger des notes sur la fiscalité internationale et la planification fiscale.
• Aider à la mise en œuvre des clauses fiscales dans les projets internationaux.
• Assister l'équipe fiscale sur divers sujets liés à la fiscalité.

About the opportunity we offer :

Within the Tax Department, under the responsibility of the Tax Manager, the apprentice / work-study student will be required to :

• Research and write notes (mainly in English) on various topics of international taxation, corporate tax and transfer pricing.
• Assist the tax team on the planning of the tax result and the monitoring of the tax obligations of French and international entities
• Assist the tax team on transfer pricing issues
• Assist the tax team at the tender stage (implementation of contractual schemes and drafting of tax clauses) and during the implementation of international projects.
• Assist the tax team on various tax topics from other departments, Business Units and also from our subsidiaries and branches located both in France and abroad.

During this apprenticeship, you will be accompanied by a tutor to answer your various questions.

Desired duration : 12 months

About you :

Your level of study is at Bac +4 / 5 and you have ideally developed your curriculum in a university or business schoolwith a focus on taxation or business law.

Rigorous and organized, you particularly enjoy participating in activities involving data analysis and are comfortable initiating the methodology adapted to the synthesis of financial information.

You easily solicit your interpersonal skills and listen to the work team, which allows you to offer your support in the writing of financial documents / reports and the creation of presentations

You want to apply your knowledge and strengthen your graduate program within a large organization, and take part in missions that allow interactions on an international scope

You have a good command of fluent English
