Job Description:

We are looking for our next Talent & Performance coordinator apprentice as of September for one year at our AXA Headquarters!

Location: 25 avenue Matignon, 8th arrondissement Paris.

Within Human Resources, you will join the Group HR Talent team as Talent & Performance coordinator. Our team is dynamic and international, dedicated to attracting top talent, supporting global career management, and driving executive development in alignment with AXA's business goals.

What You’ll Do
  1. Contribute to the implementation of the new AXA Performance Management process and tool by supporting the project manager in various activities, including documentation, logistics, and discussions among AXA and involved entities. This list of activities will evolve with the project, providing opportunities to connect with the AXA Performance Management community and understand local requirements.
  2. Provide support for the AXA Group Organizational Talent Review, which includes contributing to security reviews, position management checks, and updating documentation.
  3. Assist in the quarterly data collection for the AXA Executive population and collaborate with the wider team on this process.
  4. Engage in ad-hoc activities such as analytics, budget follow-up, and contributing to other transversal projects throughout the year.
Your Profile

Who You Are

  • Possess strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Have a keen attention to detail and accuracy in task completion.
  • Maintain an ethical and responsible approach to handling sensitive information.
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Have fluent spoken and written English; proficiency in French is a plus.
