En tant qu'apprenti, vous participerez à la stratégie de développement des talents, en collaborant avec différents départements pour promouvoir la croissance des employés. Job Description

By joining our Talent Management Team in the People and Culture department (HR) as an Apprentice, you will contribute to a team that is fostering Heartists' growth within Accor.

What you will be doing:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Talent Development Strategy:
  • Contribute to the preparation and coordination of Talent Development projects.
  • Support collaboration with Learning & Development teams to help identify training content and learning resources.
  • Assist in updating tracking tools to follow participation and feedback on Talent initiatives.
  • Create communication materials (presentations, intranet articles) to promote Talent Development actions internally.
  • Support for Talent Development Programs:
  • Assist in the coordination and organization of leadership development programs (e.g., High Potential Program).
  • Help prepare communication materials, program calendars, and logistics.
  • Participate in the organization of selection processes (planning, scheduling).
  • Contribute to program follow-up and participant tracking (feedback collection, reporting).
  • Content & Tools Development:
  • Assist in the preparation of program content (e.g., presentations, participant guides, tools).
  • Support the development of toolkits for stakeholders (mentors, managers, Talent & Culture).
  • Help research best practices and benchmark inspiring talent development practices.

You will be part of the Talent Management team and interact with different HR teams and departments worldwide.

Your team and working environment:

  • Reporting to the Global Talent Development Senior Manager.
  • Based at the Accor Global Headquarters in Issy Les Moulineaux, France.
  • Part of an international team focused on attracting, selecting, and developing people for Accor.
  • Opportunity to work on a global scale and support our Regions/Brands/Businesses across the globe.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

  • Post-secondary studies in Human Resources, Hospitality, or Business are preferred.
  • Strong commitment to people and service, with a passion for the hospitality industry.
  • Passionate about Talent Development and people growth.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at once.
  • Highly responsible and able to handle confidential information.
  • Highly proficient in all Microsoft Office systems.
  • Ideally present 3 days a week on a weekly basis.
