Job summary

Lacoste is seeking a Sustainability Data Analyst to support the implementation and monitoring of its footwear sustainability strategy. You will work across teams to collect, populate, analyze, and consolidate data held in internal systems.

The role emphasizes ensuring data reliability, standardization, and KPI tracking, with involvement in environmental, chemical, and social compliance initiatives and ongoing reporting improvements across global partners.

Qualifications

• Experience collecting, populating, and consolidating sustainability data in internal systems.
• Ability to monitor KPIs and ensure data reliability and consistency.
• Experience with environmental performance, chemical management, or social compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and monitoring of Lacoste Footwear's Sustainability Strategy.
• Collect, populate, analyze, and consolidate sustainability data in internal systems.
• Monitor and update key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure data reliability, consistency, and standardization across reports.
• Contribute to projects on environmental performance, chemical management, and social compliance.
• Build relationships with designers, compliance and materials teams, factories, NGOs, and partners.
• Support ongoing improvement of environmental reporting tools and processes.

Reporting to the Sustainability Data Manager

• Supportthe implementation and monitoring of the Sustainability Strategy ofLacoste Footwear.
• Collect,populate, manage, analyze, and consolidate sustainability-related datawithin internal systems to support the implementation and monitoring ofthe Sustainability Strategy.
• Monitorand update key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensurethe reliability, consistency, and standardization of data reported.
• Participatein continuous improvement projects focused on Environmental performance,Chemical management, Social Compliance, Eco Design, Zero Destruction)
• Developand maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders,including designers, compliance and materials teams, factories, NGOs, andindustry partners, to support the successful implementation ofsustainability programs.
• Supportthe continuous improvement of environmental reporting tools and processes.
