• Participer à la stratégie d'achat d'énergie verte et aux initiatives de durabilité.

Primary Objective :

We are currently looking for an Alternant Indirect Sustainable Purchasing, based in Paris, and assigned to LVMH Sourcing globally.

She/he will manage Purchasing projects mainly related to Sustainability for Indirect categories of spend (Marketing and Communication, Transport and Logistics, Retail Operations, etc.) in support to the Head of Indirect Sustainable Sourcing to whom she/he will report.

Les missions

Sustainable Purchasing Strategy roll-out

• Participate in challenging projects aiming to engage internal stakeholders and key suppliers in Sustainability.
• Assist in Risk Mapping on Indirect Categories in collaboration with Category Managers and Maison’s stakeholders.
• Support the group’s Purchasing and Environment departments on Suppliers Programs dedicated to the sustainable roadmap (meetings, interviews, third-party relationships, etc.)
• Assist Sourcing team members with Sustainability KPIs follow-up for their supplier portfolios.

Energy Buying

• Participate in the rollout of the Green Energy Purchasing Strategy where applicable.
• Follow up on contracts with relevant counterparts across markets & conduct annual reviews with key partners.
• Participate in industry events organized by key suppliers.
• Monitor defined KPIs.
• Contribute to the Energy Coordination Team activities, including meetings, emails, and Teams channels.
• Engage in innovative approaches to enhance efficiency in this spend category.

Purchasing Academy

• Prepare, coordinate, and conduct internal training sessions with key stakeholders to ensure professional buyers participate in relevant programs, including Sustainable Sourcing.
• Contribute to updating training materials and tools to include the latest best practices.
• Participate in training performance reporting and tool updates.

Buyer Office

• Contribute to ad hoc initiatives such as reporting tools and policy development.
• Organize events for the Purchasing Academy and Sustainability initiatives.
• Maintain close links with sourcing teams in Paris, Shanghai, Tokyo, and the USA.

Votre profil

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Sustainability specialization is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, sociable, attentive.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial, able to work independently.
• Skilled in managing multiple projects with integrity in a complex environment.
• Accurate, reliable, and adept with figures and databases.
• Advanced Excel skills, strong PowerPoint, familiar with Power BI.
• Fluent in English and French; Italian is a plus.
