Qualifications

• Préparation d'un Master en Gestion des Ressources Humaines ou équivalent.
• Anglais opérationnel et capacité à structurer des concepts.

• Participation à des projets de nettoyage de données et d'automatisation des rapports.

In concrete terms, you will be required to:

Within the Human Resources Department of Technip Energies France, you will join the HRIS team, under the responsibility of the Data & Analytics specialist.

You will be in charge of the production of HR data for several departments within the company as well as the social partners. You will also participate in different projects with your tutor. You will support users, train them if necessary.

Your missions will be diverse:

1. Data comparison, data production and dashboards.
2. Participation in certain project phases with the project manager (data cleaning project, automation of reports).
3. Support for users of reporting tools.
4. Improvement of data quality.

During this apprenticeship, you will be accompanied by a tutor to answer your various questions.

What if it was you?

1. You are preparing a Master's degree in Human Resources Management (or equivalent).
2. You have operational English and an ability to structure and model concepts.
3. With a strong team spirit and a performance and results orientation, you are autonomous, structured and organized.
4. Communicative and responsive, you are proactive with a good sense of synthesis.
