CMA CGM, leader mondial du transport maritime, recherche un apprenti pour rejoindre son équipe PMO. Ce poste vous permettra de participer à des projets stratégiques et internationaux, tout en développant vos compétences en gestion de projet dans un environnement dynamique. Vous serez impliqué dans le suivi de la performance des agences et l'optimisation des processus, tout en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec diverses équipes au sein du groupe.

Qualifications

• Préparation d'un Master (M2) en école de commerce ou université.
• Bon niveau d'anglais requis.
• Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.

Responsabilités

• Suivre et mesurer les projets entrants au sein de l'équipe PMO.
• Analyser les rapports de performance des bureaux régionaux et locaux.
• Préparer des présentations et rédiger des comptes rendus pour les comités de pilotage.

YOUR MISSIONS

As part of the Network Department, you join the PMO (Project Management Office) team responsible for monitoring the performance of CMA CGM agencies. Your main mission is to ensure that agencies are aligned with the Group’s Core Model and under the control of General Management.

Working closely with GEN (Group Agencies Network) Management and various Head Office departments, you take part in a wide range of strategic and international projects. This apprenticeship offers you direct exposure to complex and cross-functional initiatives within the Group’s shipping activity.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• You monitor and measure all incoming projects within the PMO team to optimize the management of the agency network,
• You support the team in tracking projects related to GEN (IT, Legal, HR, Processes, etc.),
• You set up project tracking and monitoring tools,
• You prepare presentations and draft meeting minutes for steering committees,
• You analyze performance reports from regional and local offices (market share, HR and financial indicators),
• You proactively suggest improvements to existing processes.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• You are currently preparing aMaster’s degree (M2)in a business school or university, with a specialization inproject managementorbusiness,
• You are comfortable usingExcelandPowerPoint,
• You have a good level ofEnglish(reading, writing, and professional communication),
• You areautonomous,curious,proactive, and enjoy dynamic environments with non-routine tasks,
• You enjoy researching information, structuring your ideas, and working collaboratively.
