ENTER THE GAME

As a Product Management – Payment Apprentice, you will report to a Payment Product Manager and work at the heart of Betclic’s payment engine. The challenges are numerous as we aim to offer a seamless and efficient payment experience across 8 markets.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

1. Monitoring key daily payment indicators, using database queries (SQL/Snowflake)
2. Continuously improving the payment experience by following up on incidents, financial reconciliation, and user feedback (UX research)
3. Contributing to all phases of the discovery process (FOCUSED method) for new features, up to their activation and monitoring
4. You will collaborate with various internal stakeholders (Customer Service, Fraud, Design, Data, Product Ops).

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness, technical savvy, and a team spirit!

This apprenticeship is for you if:

1. You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree (Bac+5 or equivalent) in engineering or data
2. You are known for your initiative and collaborative mindset
3. You have a strong interest in data and statistics
4. You are proficient in SQL
5. And finally, you speak English fluently

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

If your application is shortlisted, Mathilde will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (15 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).

You will then meet Patricia, Product Manager, your future mentor, followed by Emilie, Head of Product (N+2).

Finally, Mathilde will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.

The recruitment process usually takes around 4 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
