We are seeking our next P&C Retail Pricing and Underwriting Analyst apprentice at AXA Headquarters!

Location: 25 avenue Matignon, 8th arrondissement Paris.

Within the Group Underwriting Office, you will join the P&C Retail Underwriting & Pricing teams as a P&C Retail Pricing and Underwriting Retail Analyst.

The role of the P&C Retail Pricing & Underwriting Analyst is to drive technical excellence in retail with entities worldwide, supporting their growth and profitability. Your responsibilities, supported by senior team members, will include:

1. Portfolio Design Steering
2. Underwriting Product Strategy and Profitability Measurement
3. Technical Pricing & Underwriting Guidance
4. Pricing Models, Platforms, and Analytics
5. Risk Appetite Deployment
6. Ceded Reinsurance Strategy Design and Purchasing

What You’ll Do

In the Pricing team:

1. Collaborate with entities on their Pricing Excellence journey and challenge the status quo
2. Participate in global communities and work groups

In the Underwriting team:

1. Engage with entities and monitor their operational progress, especially portfolio steering capabilities
2. Assist in setting guidelines, limits, and derogations, providing technical expertise and considering local specificities
