We are looking for our next P&C Retail Pricing and Underwriting Analyst apprentice at our AXA Headquarters!

Location: 25 avenue Matignon, 8th arrondissement Paris.

Within the Group Underwriting Office, you will join the P&C Retail Underwriting & Pricing teams as a P&C Retail Pricing and Underwriting Retail Analyst.

The purpose of this position is to drive technical excellence in retail with entities worldwide, supporting them in achieving growth and profitability. Your role will focus on:

1. Portfolio Design Steering
2. Underwriting Product Strategy and Profitability Measurement
3. Technical Pricing & Underwriting Guidance
4. Pricing Models, Platforms and Analytics
5. Risk Appetite deployment
6. Ceded Reinsurance strategy design and purchasing

What You’ll Do

In the Pricing team:

• Collaborate with entities on their Pricing Excellence journey and challenge the status quo
• Participate in worldwide communities and work groups

In the Underwriting team:

• Engage with entities and monitor their operational progress, especially portfolio steering capabilities
• Assist in setting guidelines, limits & derogations, providing technical expertise and considering local specificities
