Pirelli & C. S.p.A. in Villepinte, France offers an apprenticeship in Operational Trade Marketing (m/f/d) for 12–24 months.

You will join the Marketing Department, supporting B2B incentives, national campaigns, POS management, and marketing services. Close collaboration with the sales team and occasional travel within France are expected. Required is currently enrolled or recent Bac+4/5 in Marketing, Trade Marketing, or related field, plus internship experience.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in Bac+4/5 in Marketing, Trade Marketing, Business Management, or related field, or a recent graduate.
Internship or company placement experience in marketing is preferred.
Fluent in French with professional English communication is expected.
Ability to work with sales teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

Defining incentive mechanisms, designing offers, deploying campaigns and measuring results.
Setting up and managing occasional B2B events.
Contributing to campaign mechanics, budgeting, and POS material coordination.
Liaising with external providers and delivering weekly sales reports.
Managing stock movements and field allocations to the sales force.
Recommending POS materials and visibility support for campaigns.
Coordinating rollout with internal stakeholders.

What will you learn?

We offer an enriching and empowering experience, labelled HAPPY TRAINEES by ChooseMyCompany. You will join the Marketing Department, reporting directly to the Trade Marketing Manager. You will contribute to operational marketing activities across B2B incentive programs, national B2C campaigns, point-of-sale material management, and marketing services. The role requires close collaboration with the sales force and occasional field travel.

You will be responsible for:

Defining incentive mechanisms, designing the overall offer, deploying campaigns and analyzing results
Setting up and operationally managing occasional B2B events
Contributing to campaign mechanics, budget preparation and coordination of POS advertising materials
Liaising with external service providers and producing weekly result reporting for the sales team
Managing stock movements: receipts, dispatches and 4 annual allocations to the field sales force
Recommending POS material and goodies selection and responding to occasional needs of the sales force in terms of visibility support and promotional activities
Monitoring and updating the Dispo+, Tyrelife and Gardiennage services
Coordinating rollout with relevant internal stakeholders

To arrive in pole position:

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bac+4/5 program (Master's degree, Business Scholl or equivalent) in Marketing, Trade Marketing, Business Management, or a related field, with initial professional experience gained through an internship or company placement.

The skills required for this position are:

Native in French & professional level in English
Strong interest in operational and trade marketing
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with sales teams and external partners
Proactive, organised and rigorous, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Familiarity with Canva and/or Salesforce is a plus
Driving licence and availability for occasional travel within France is a plus
