Give Back Beauty is a privately owned beauty group operating in global partnerships, licensing and distribution of beauty products.

Give Back Beauty Talent is the operational partner of indie and talent led beauty brands. GBB acquired the rights for Florence by Mills, a skincare and makeup brand, founded by Millie Bobby Brown, the Netflix 19-year-old star. Part of the portfolio is the business development and launch of the Billie Eilish fragrances among our European partners.

In this context, we are looking for a dynamic & rigorous Trade Marketing Project Manager Assistant in apprenticeship (1 year) to start End of August 2026. The role will be to support us in the development of the trade activity and sales of our brands with our key partners s. The position is based in Paris (75008).

YOUR DEDICATED MISSIONS

• Produce new product information sheet per country for every launch for our retailers.
• Collect & coordinate the marketing tools from the brand and the retailers.
• Coordinate with retailers, the brand and marketing agency for all assets production and execution for the launch of new products.
• Coordinate and follow up the Trade marketing activities (social media, brick & mortar, influence, etc.) in our different markets.
• Implement a Training Strategy with online and offline tools on our brands in collaboration with our retailers.
• Coordinate the PR & Influence strategy and activities across the region.
• Monitor and leverage the KPIs of the trade activities per market

PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• You have already a first experience in operational marketing and/or trade marketing.
• You are dynamic, passionate about beauty, looking for an exciting challenge opportunity in a fast-growing young international company.
• You have a good digital culture and have strong appetite for social media.
• You are a team worker, open-minded and flexible person, with a creative and curious mindset.
• You master MS office pack and agile with PowerPoint and Excel
• You are analytical and at ease with numbers
• You speak English, French and another European language is welcome
