Reporting to the BL Marketing Communications Manager, you will :

• Provide administrative and logistical support for internal and external events (webinars, trade shows, conferences, customer events, team building).
• Monitor expenses and help prepare budgets.
• Manage the creation and follow-up of purchase orders.
• Research suppliers and manage relationships with them to obtain the best products and services at the best price.
• Synthesize large-scale information such as customer, market and BL performance research.
• Contribute to the creation of reporting & KPIs.
• Provide support on all Business Line marketing & communication activities: product launches, campaigns, content creation, creation of promotional materials, internal & external communications, sales presentations, and articles.
• Contribute new ideas and concepts to develop innovative and effective solutions to BL's sales and marketing challenges.

During this apprenticeship, you will be accompanied by a tutor to answer any questions you may have.

Minimum experience :

• Other internship or apprenticeship experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of French.
