Technip Energies recherche un apprenti pour rejoindre son équipe marketing. Vous aiderez à créer du contenu numérique, à organiser des événements et à analyser les performances. Ce poste est idéal pour quelqu'un qui est organisé, créatif et passionné par la communication. Une durée d'apprentissage de 24 mois est prévue, avec un tuteur pour vous accompagner.

Qualifications

• Excellentes compétences en communication en anglais.
• Connaissance du français.

Responsabilités

• Participer à la création de contenu numérique tel que des newsletters et des invitations.
• Fournir un soutien logistique pour des événements internes et externes.
• Suivre les dépenses et contribuer à la préparation du budget.

About the mission we offer you:

• Participate in the creation of templates, forms and digital content (newsletters, invitations, thank you messages, launches).
• Coordinate relations with the specialized press (trade press) and the production of associated content (benchmarking, research, compilation of the offer, collaboration with the Corporate team).
• Provide administrative and logistical support for the organization of internal and external events (webinars, trade fairs, conferences, customer events, team buildings).
• Track expenses, contribute to the preparation of the budget, and manage the creation as well as the follow-up of purchase orders as needed.
• Researching suppliers, negotiating and managing relationships in order to obtain the best products and services at the best value for money.
• Synthesize complex information from customer research, market analysis, and Business Line (BL) performance.
• Contribute to the development of reports and the monitoring of performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide support for all of BL's marketing and communication activities: product launches, campaigns, content creation, promotional materials, internal and external communications, sales presentations and article writing.
• To propose new ideas and concepts in order to develop innovative solutions and meet the marketing and commercial challenges of the BL.

During this apprenticeship, you will be accompanied by a tutor to answer your various questions.
