We are looking for our next Market Data Assistant intern/apprentice as of September at our AXA Headquarters!

Location: 25 avenue Matignon, 8th arrondissement Paris.

AXA Headquarters brings together the group's corporate activities and oversees global entities, ensuring strategic coordination and compliance with standards, as well as consistency in commercial approaches.

Within PBRC (Plan, Budget, Reporting, Central), you will join the Center of Excellence team to work on SHIP (Shared Investment accounting Platform) as a Market Data Assistant being part of the COE Data Management Team.

SHIP (Shared Investment accounting Platform) covers investment accounting activities for the biggest AXA Entities worldwide and aims at harmonizing systems, processes & organization in this area.

The platform is operated by two shared organizations: a Center of Excellence (CoE) acting as a hub for technical and processes expertise, located in Paris, and a Financial Shared Service Center (FSSC) located in India, in charge of the main part of day-to-day activities.

What You’ll Do

• Support the team in ensuring the reliability and quality of master and market data for securities
• Perform regular checks and reviews on asset valuation and analytics
• Support the team in monthly closing activities
• Participate in day-to-day exchange with the Indian data management team and support review of FSSC activities
• Build documentation of CoE activities

Your Profile

• A team player who wants to integrate a diverse team

• Curious about international and multicultural environments
• Rigorous and interested in analyzing large sets of data
• English speaker, preferably bilingual
