Qualifications

• Minimum Bac+4 degree in Business Law (corporate law, banking, and financial law).
• Initial professional experience in a company and/or law firm.

• Initial professional experience in a company and/or law firm
• Proficiency in English (oral and written)
• Knowledge of financial and accounting matters is a plus

• Motivation to participate in varied projects in the insurance field

Team and Department

Group Legal Department comprises experienced lawyers, project managers, and assistants from over 8 nationalities, providing expertise in Business Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, Financial Transactions, Corporate Law, and ESG.

Responsibilities

• Assist in general meetings, employee shareholding operations, and drafting regulated information
• Draft loan contracts and participate in financing activities
• Research and support in mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships
• Prepare materials for legal meetings
