Purpose

We are currently looking for an apprentice International Talent & Learning Coordinator reporting to the Division Talent & Development Director to foster our employee talent & development programs and deliver top of the game HR Services.

Key Missions

Your missions will be:

• Participate in the elaboration of our Talent Development and Learning roadmap
• Support in different HR projects development and deployment by working together with HR professionals and managers worldwide
• Support on the annual HR processes such as Performance Review and Talent Review
• Deploy the Learning roadmap and follow-up on KPIs

Skills Needed

• A first successful internship experience in HR
• Strong analytical skills (good Excel skills)
• Good organization and priority management
