Qualifications

• Formation en communication ou marketing, Bac +2/+3.
• Excellentes compétences rédactionnelles et pensée créative.
• Première expérience en communication interne un plus.

Responsabilités

• Développer et mettre en œuvre le plan de communication interne.
• Écrire et distribuer du contenu sur les canaux internes.
• Animer le réseau social d'entreprise et encourager l'interaction.

In Concrete Terms, You Will Be Required To

• Develop and implement the internal communication plan in line with the Construction division's strategy.
• Write and distribute various content (articles, newsletters, videos, infographics, etc.) on the various internal channels.
• Animate and moderate the Viva Engage corporate social network to encourage employee interaction and participation.
• Measure the impact of internal communication actions and propose areas for improvement.
• Listen to employees to identify their communication needs and strengthen their engagement.
• Participate in the organization of team building events / internal teambuilding in order to federate a team
  
  

During this apprenticeship, you will be accompanied by a tutor to answer your various questions.

Profile

• Training in communication, marketing or equivalent (Bac +2/+3).
• Excellent writing skills and creative thinking.
• Good command of digital communication tools, in particular corporate social networks (ideally Viva Engage).
• Ability to work in a team, sense of organization and proactivity.
• A first experience in internal communication would be a plus.
