Apprenticeship - Inclusion Diversity And Learning HR Officer - September 2025 H/F

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. First rotation in Group HR, Culture, Inclusion and Diversity team:

• Finalizing and implementing an end-of-year disability plan with dedicated events for the Week of Disability Employment and International Disability Day.
• Discovering, participating in, launching, and analyzing two key annual employee surveys (Inclusion survey in September and Pulse in November).
• Implementing key HR initiatives such as Parenthood conferences and Her Story.
• Organizing AXA Heart in Action volunteering activities for GIE employees (e.g., Pink October, Christmas market).

Second rotation in Learning team:

• Supporting the team in organizing events such as workshops, global events, and seminars.
• Assisting in preparing governance milestones (agenda, team coordination, presentations).
• Managing transversal projects and supporting business-as-usual tasks, mainly reporting and data quality.

YOUR PROFILE
