What you'll do
  1. Social Relations Activities:
    • Update all social reports related to monitoring legal obligations and agreements: DUERP, Staff Report (Hires and Departures), Trainee Report, Subcontractors, etc.
    • Construct, analyze, and present social dashboards to social partners in collaboration with other departments:
      • Report on social data
      • Annual review of the CSSCT and PAPRIPACT preventive action plan
      • Social balance report
      • Report on M/F equality
      • Skills development plan and training assessment
      • Report on mandatory annual negotiations
      • Monitoring report of contractual indicators (company agreements)
    • Support organization and preparation of CSE meetings, participate and follow up on decisions/actions.
    • Prepare for NAO (Mandatory Annual Negotiations), including meetings, report analysis, and data presentation.
    • Support collective agreements processes: benchmarks, data analysis, negotiations, and post-agreement follow-up.
    • Assist with professional elections and CSE renewal processes.
    • Legal monitoring: support in tracking social news.
  2. HR Projects:
    • Contribute actively to HR initiatives like QVCT (Quality of Life and Working Conditions).
    • Support implementation of recurring QVCT actions and HR events (e.g., intergenerational month, disability month).
  3. Internal Communication:
    • Draft all internal communications related to Social Relations / QVCT activities in French and English.

Meet your team

Under the supervision of the HR Department of SAP Labs France and in close liaison with Payroll France, HR Operations, and Social Relations teams, you will participate in the daily life of an HR department. You will gain comprehensive understanding of HR from operational to strategic levels, supporting three legal entities totaling approximately 2200 employees across France. The position is based in Mougins (Alpes-Maritimes).

Duration and Start Date

18/24 months, starting August 2025. Compensation is aligned with the collective agreement (Convention SYNTEC).
