YOUR ROLE


You join CEVA Logistics, a global leader in logistics, within the European HR team. As an HR Information Systems apprentice, you play a key role in the digital transformation of HR processes across 40 countries.


WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  • You contribute to the execution of HR campaigns (Performance Management, People Review, Data Quality) by providing functional and technical support.
  • You participate in the coordination of HRIS projects with IT teams, external partners, and local HR teams.
  • You support users in adopting best practices for HR tools and identify areas for improvement.
  • You manage documentation, training materials, and knowledge bases.
  • You facilitate communication between stakeholders and ensure follow-up on deliverables.
  • You suggest functional enhancements to improve the efficiency of HR systems.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Management, or Information Systems.
  • You have knowledge of project management, HR systems (SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday), and are proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel: formulas, pivot tables).
  • You are rigorous, proactive, autonomous, a source of ideas, and have strong analytical skills.
  • You enjoy working on multiple projects and in a constantly evolving environment.
  • You are comfortable in English, both written and spoken.
