YOUR MISSIONS

You will join the Payroll department at CMA-CGM, under the responsibility of the social management control ARH-Payroll. You will contribute to process improvement, ensure the monitoring of agreements in force, analyze the quality of data used in the HRIS and payroll software, and produce reports. You will coordinate necessary actions following the transmitted reports and participate in the department's animation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor operational agreements, control time tracking, and take necessary actions with BPRH and Payroll Managers.
  • Calculate and verify payroll variables.
  • Update HR indicators and post-payroll reports.
  • Manage and monitor ARH/Payroll actions (contracts, renewals, absences, sick leave, medical visits, provident fund).

REQUIREMENTS

  • Studying social management control, management control, or an equivalent degree.
  • Comfortable with office tools and HRIS.
  • Sense of service, organized, rigorous, and discreet.
  • Comfortable in English, both written and spoken.
  • Autonomous and proactive, able to juggle multiple tasks.
