Qualifications

  • Étudiant en ressources humaines ou gestion d'entreprise recherchant un apprentissage de 12 mois.

  • Développer et maintenir des outils automatisés sur les données de compensation et de bénéfices.
  • Contribuer à la préparation des rapports RH et à l'analyse des données de personnel.

YOUR MISSIONS

The intern in compensation, benefits, and HR reporting assists the Group C&B team in managing salary policies, benefits, and HR reports. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop skills in a dynamic and international environment. You evolve in a stimulating environment where each day brings new challenges and opportunities. WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Support and Compensation:
  1. You develop and maintain automated tools/dashboards on compensation and benefits data.
  2. You assist in the analysis and updating of compensation policies, as well as in salary reviews.
  3. You participate in the deployment of the new Job architecture according to the GGS methodology (Willis Towers Watson) and help connect benchmark roles to salary benchmarks.
  4. You contribute to monitoring market salary practices to ensure the company's competitiveness, including accompanying the team in deploying the salary transparency directive by analyzing potential salary gaps between men and women.
  5. You assist with the analysis of decent wages.
Reporting and Analytics:
  1. You contribute to the preparation of HR reports, including analyses on compensation and personnel data.
  2. You assist in the maintenance and improvement of HR reporting tools.
Collaboration and Communication:
  1. You work closely with the HR team to support projects and initiatives.
  2. You communicate effectively with employees and managers to address their questions and needs.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
  1. You are currently studying in a field related to human resources, business management, or a related field, and are looking for a 12-month apprenticeship.
  2. You are comfortable in English and enjoy working in a team.
  3. You demonstrate analytical skills, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to quickly adapt to a constantly evolving environment.
  4. You have a good knowledge of HR tools (HRIS) and Excel.
