Responsibilities:
  • Support the HRBP team and operational managers by managing and updating the HR database, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Analyze user pain points and collaborate internally to propose and implement solutions to optimize user experience.
  • Identify, resolve, and optimize existing HR processes to increase efficiency.
  • Assist in monitoring and analyzing KPIs for the HRBP dashboard, aiding in informed decision-making.
  • Participate in various HR projects based on your interests, skills, and company needs, providing challenging and rewarding experiences.
