Qualifications

• Étudiant(e) actuellement inscrit(e) en Master Technique.
• Expérience précédente dans le secteur de la construction appréciée.
• Dynamique, orienté résultats et bon niveau de communication.

Responsabilités

• Soutenir l'harmonisation des pratiques de qualité de construction au sein du TEN Group.
• Développer un outil de suivi pour les équipes QC sur site.
• Participer à la digitalisation de l'inspection de site via des outils de gestion.

About the mission we offer you :

• Support the harmonization of Construction Quality Practices across the TEN Group
• Support the standardization of TEN Group Construction Inspection and Test Plans
• Support the standardization of Site Quality procedures across TEN Group
• Support Site Quality training and awareness programs standardization
• Consolidate and analyze data and KPIs from all Construction Sites/yards
• Develop a tracking mobilization tool for TEN Site QC teams
• Support the digitalization of Site Inspection through TEN completion tools (Easy Plant)
• Cascade Lessons Learned among TEN project sites

Starting Date : September 2025

• Currently pursuing a Technical Master’s Degree (BAC+4 / BAC+5) in Mechanics, Materials, or Civils
• Previous internship experience in construction fields is a plus
• An autonomous, dynamic, and results-oriented individual who consistently delivers high-quality outcomes
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Digital solution-oriented mindset
