We are looking for our next Corporate Strategy and Investor Relations apprentice as of September 2025 at our AXA Headquarters!

Location: 25 avenue Matignon, 8th arrondissement Paris.

Within AXA GIE, you will join the Group Strategy and Investor Relations teams as a Corporate Strategy and Investor Relations apprentice.

What You’ll Do

Corporate Strategy team

• Participate in executing strategic initiatives and formalize recommendations for top management.
• Perform market sizing, business planning, and both quantitative and qualitative analyses.
• Gather internal and external data on the market, competition, and AXA.

Investor Relations team

• Support the preparation of performance and strategy documents for analysts and investors.
• Analyze competitors' strategic priorities, financial disclosures, and major announcements.
• Produce weekly sector reports and monitor analyst publications related to AXA and the insurance industry.

Your Profile

Who You Are

• At least 6 months of experience in finance (M&A, PE, VC), consulting, or strategy, ideally in a financial services firm.
• Rigorous, proactive, and eager to learn about insurance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; understanding of Bloomberg is a plus.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
