We are looking for our next Group Reward Analyst intern/apprentice starting in September/October 2025 for a 12-month internship at our AXA Headquarters!

Location: 25 avenue Matignon, 8th arrondissement Paris.

AXA Headquarters consolidates the group's corporate activities and oversees global entities, ensuring strategic coordination, standards compliance, and consistent commercial approaches.

Within the AXA Group HR department, you will join the Group Reward team as a Reward Analyst.

What You’ll Do

1. Assist the Group Reward team in its missions, various transversal projects, and initiatives such as fair pay, diversity & inclusion, and HRIS transformation.
2. Support on various Reward topics by:

• Contributing to the Group Executives' compensation review (main process during the year)
• Supporting the Group Executives' role grading process and external benchmarking exercises
• Engaging with external consultants and third-party providers involved in our Group Reward processes
• Supporting data management and analysis, creating reports and dashboards using our internal HRIS database to extract relevant information for high-level decision-making
• Maintaining up-to-date individual files and the compensation database, monitoring data quality and consistency in a complex and fast-paced environment
• Supporting the project involved in transforming AXA’s internal Executive Compensation Review tool

Votre Profil

Who You Are

• Strong ability to analyze and interpret data with the capacity to react and adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Project management skills and results-oriented mindset in a multicultural environment
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with understanding of French
• First experience in HR or Rewards is a plus
• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in HR or Finance (business school is appreciated)
