Danone recherche un apprenti en gestion des talents pour rejoindre son équipe à Paris. Ce rôle implique le soutien aux processus d'acquisition et de développement de talents, ainsi que l'animation de programmes innovants. Le candidat idéal aura un niveau d'études Bac+4/5, sera maîtrisant Excel, et couramment anglophone. Ce stage promet une expérience enrichissante dans un environnement dynamique, tout en permettant d'acquérir des compétences précieuses pour l'avenir.

YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE :

Within the Global Operations Talent team, this apprenticeship will take place in Paris at our headquarter starting from September 2025.

Global Talent Director for Operations will support you to thrive in your missions :

• Supporting Talent processes such as talent acquisition, talent development and succession planning (~35%)
• Animating and supporting our game changing development programs such as OPS Female Mentorship, Evolution and others (~25%)
• Leading onboarding related project in Operations (~10%)
• Participating and facilitating the skills related projects from framework development to implementation (~35%)
• Understanding what Talent management is and developing new skills (100%)

About You

Ready to become a real Danoner ? We are looking for someone :

• Available from September for a duration of 12 months
• You have a 4 to 5 years study level from university, business school or engineering school
• Language : Fluent English is a must
• Softwares : you are Excel pro master and at ease with Power point and Canvas, curious and want to know more about the PBI.
