YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:

Within the Global Talent Management team, this apprenticeship will take place in Paris (75), at our Haussmann Headquarter starting from September 2025.

Our Global Talent Management team mission is to unleash the full potential of all Danoners and your involvement will be crucial in making this a reality.

Vanessa, the Global Talent Senior Manager, will support you alongside the team to thrive in your apprenticeship:

• 5%: Assist in managing the Global Talent Management roadmap by ensuring all important meetings are scheduled and identifying and escalating issues and dependencies.
• 20%: Develop and distribute surveys to measure satisfaction rates regarding Global Talent Management practices among the talent/HR community, employees, and line managers, and compile insights from these surveys.
• 20%: Aid in the implementation and monitoring of a communication plan for all Global Talent Management projects.
• 45%: Provide support for project-specific needs, including research, analytics, and information gathering/sharing.
• 10%: Participate in key Talent Management meetings and forums with fellow members of the HR Community worldwide.

• Up to 2 days/week of remote work.
• Your salary will depend on our apprentice salary grid, based on your age and level of education.

About You

Ready to become a real Danoner? We are looking for someone:

• Available from September 2025 for a duration of 12 months.
• You have a 4 to 5 years study level from university, business school or engineering school.
• Appetences: Strong analytical skills, good organizational and communication skills, ability to work well in a cross-functional and diverse ecosystem.
• Language: Fluent English speaker – this role sits within the Global team so you will be communicating with teams across the world.
• Software: Strong mastery of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
