Position Overview

The Global QHSES Information Systems Officer supports the Global QHSES Information Systems Manager in maintaining digital tools that sustain QHSES processes.

Your Mission :

1. Assist in the development and maintenance of the Global QHSES digital tools.
2. Develop and maintain Quality, HSE, and Security BI dashboards.
3. Promote the use of Global QHSES digital tools across the organization.
4. Support Local Administrators and Global & Local Leads of QHSES digital tool networks.
5. Escalate issues and collaborate on resolutions with Global IDS.

Support the Global QHSES Information System Manager as needed, engaging closely with IDS, MDM, BI teams, and business stakeholders to ensure optimal functioning of digital tools.

Your Profile :

1. Strong IT technical knowledge in architecture and application development.
2. Expertise in BI design and development.
3. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
4. Project management experience, including data management, UAT, training, onboarding, and change management.
5. Solution-oriented, quality-focused, and proactive.
6. Experience in international software roll-out and management.
