• Animation du réseau des ambassadeurs CSR et coordination des équipes.
• Développement et suivi de la plateforme IT pour les défis CSR.
• Création de contenu de sensibilisation pour les journées mondiales CSR.

Main Missions:

1. Animation of the CSR Ambassador Network:
   • Coordinate with CMA CGM teams
   • Create awareness content to help ambassadors deploy CSR in their roles
   • Facilitate monthly meetings
2. Animation of the Engage for Good CSR Challenge:
   • Coordinate with the international CSR community
     • Train teams on challenge rules
     • Respond to user questions
     • Verify submitted actions on the platform
   • Promote the challenge among all employees
     • Draft communications for internal and external social networks
3. Development of the IT platform:
   • Provide recommendations on platform functional evolutions
   • Monitor IT developments and conduct testing before deployment
4. Performance Monitoring:
   • Develop and track dashboards for the challenge
5. Promotion and Dissemination of CSR:
   • Coordinate with the communication team
   • Create awareness content for World CSR Days and other themes
   • Support the development of games and activities to encourage participation
6. Other CSR Missions:
   • Manage the CSR ambassador program
   • Deploy internal labels
   • Implement water reduction plans
   • Benchmark against competitors
   • Monitor and reduce CO2 emissions (scopes 1, 2, 3)
   • Prepare non-financial reports & CSRD compliance

Candidate Profile:

• Education: Business school, sustainable development, or communication
• Strong interest in environmental topics
• Good command of English, both oral and written
• Rigorous, autonomous, and good interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts)
