YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE :

This apprenticeship will be based in Paris (9th district), starting September 2025, in our modern office center.

You will be supported by the HR Communications leader and will contribute to the strategy and operations of both HR and Communications functions at a global level.

• 30%: Managing internal communities via social networks and Teams meetings
• 10%: Organizing and communicating about events (e.g., awards)
• 20%: Participating in projects, organizing and analyzing data, creating digital assets (videos, infographics)
• Key interfaces: HR, Corporate Communications, Senior Leadership, Agencies
• 40%: Engaging in Global Talent cycles (performance, potential, succession) with the Talent team

• Develop skills in HR project management, change management, HR analytics, process redesign, and communication

About you

We are seeking someone who:

• Is comfortable with PowerPoint and Excel, and eager to learn about internal social networks
• Is creative and skilled in designing videos, presentations, invites, and teasers (using Canva, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Has good knowledge of AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT)
• Can record and edit videos
• Is interested in Talent analytics projects (reporting, action plans, succession strategies, talent reviews)
