YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:

This apprenticeship will take place in Paris (9th district), in our superb office center, from September 2025.

To thrive in your missions, you will be accompanied by the HR and Finance Communications leader. You will contribute to the strategy and operations of both functions at a global level.

• 50%: Animation of the worldwide internal communities, through internal social network, Teams meetings
• 10%: Communication and organization of events (Awards)
• 20%: Participation in various projects, organization and analysis, creation of assets (digital projects, content creation, videos, infographics)
• Key areas of interface: HR, Finance, IT, Corporate Communications, Senior Leadership, partners (agencies)
• 20%: Talent Analyses: take part in Global Talent cycles (performance, potential, succession, ...) with the Talent team

THE BONUS OF THIS APPRENTICESHIP:

• Develop your skills in HR project management, change management, HR analytics, HR process redesign and communication
• Up to 2 days/week of homeworking
• Access to the company canteen and CE (“Comité d’Entreprise”)

About You

Ready to become a real Danoner? We are looking for someone:

• Available from September 2025 for a duration of 1 year
• You have a 4 to 5 years study level from HR/Finance background or Business/Communication background. As the position is at the interface of HR and Finance plus communication/engagement.
• Appetences: excellent communication skills, curious, attention to detail.
• Language: Do you speak English? We need someone who is completely fluent.
• You feel comfortable with PowerPoint and Excel, and want to know more about internal social network tool.
• You are creative and feel comfortable using platforms to design videos, presentations, invites, teasers (CANVA, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Have a good knowledge of AI assistants (Copilot, Chat GPT)
• Video recording & editing
• Have interest in learning and working in Talent analytic projects (reporting, create action plan, succession planning strategy, talent review)
