Purpose

We are currently looking for an apprentice for our Employee Experience & Diversity projects.

Key Missions

We are currently looking for an International HR Project Manager apprentice to foster ouremployee experience programsand deliver top of the game HR Services.

You will be reporting to the Talent Development Director by having an unique opportunity to discover and master various HR core processes while contributing to projects such as:

- Assist the whole process of our employee engagement survey: prepare, roll out and analyze the results

- Create and maintain DE&I measures and ensure their implementation in all HR processes and the whole company

- Support in different upcoming HR projects by working together with HR professionals and managers world-wide

Your profile

To succeed in this position, you will need the following skills:

- Strong analytic approach (Basic Excel skills are helpful)

- Good organization and priority management

- Autonomy

- Team spirit

- Student in Master 2 or equivalent
