In today's rapidly evolving digital workplace landscape, cybersecurity has become a critical pillar in safeguarding the integrity and confidentiality of organizational data. As hybrid work models and emerging AI solutions redefine traditional work environments, they also introduce new vulnerabilities and threats. The Digital Workplace now encompasses a diverse array of devices, networks, and platforms, making it imperative to implement robust security measures. Protecting sensitive information against cyber threats is not only essential for maintaining operational continuity but also for preserving trust and compliance. More than ever, ensuring a secure and resilient digital workplace ecosystem for our workforce is key.

The Digital Workplace Security and Performance assistant will work within the Security and Performance team, part of the Digital Workplace Services in the Global Infrastructure department at CHANEL.

The Security and Performance Services is responsible for supporting other Digital Workplace service lines to:

1. Participate in designing new security features and solutions related to data governance, GenAI solutions, and security and compliance challenges.
2. Follow and drive continuous improvement strategies regarding security standards across the Digital Workplace IT landscape (workstations, mobiles, collaboration tools, productivity solutions, etc.).
3. Oversee the secure integration of new services (SaaS, on-premises).
4. Contribute to remediation projects.

• Participate in projects to enhance workstation security, including building activity reports, considering user experience, and understanding the international context of Chanel.
• Engage in projects to improve application store policy management, including design, ticket resolution, and cleanup processes.
• Promote security solutions for end-users, such as digital vaults for password management and file transfer solutions.
• Support IT and business teams in strengthening Digital Workplace security by participating in regional meetings, building action plans, and reporting progress.

The Digital Workplace Security and Performance assistant will collaborate closely with:

• IT project managers across regions and divisions in an international context.
• IT partners and solution providers.
• Business teams.
• Cybersecurity team.
• Colleagues from the Global Infrastructure Services team.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• Education: Computing Engineering School / Business School.
• Languages: Fluent English required.
• Strong interest in security solutions and digital workplace tools.
• Agility skills.
• Good team spirit, curiosity, open-mindedness, rigor.
