Apprenticeship | Compliance Data Analyst |September 2025

We are looking for our next Compliance Data Analyst apprentice as of 1st September 2025 and for 6 months at our AXA Headquarters!

Location: 25 avenue Matignon, 8th arrondissement in Paris.

Within Group Compliance, you will join the Oversight & Monitoring team as Compliance Data Analyst.

What You’ll Do

• Identify Group Compliance needs, propose the appropriate tech solutions, and build the roadmap.
• Develop tools leveraging AI/automation technologies to enhance Group Compliance processes, including anti-money laundering, anti-bribery and corruption, sanctions, conduct, data privacy, and monitoring.
• Work on developing analytical scripts, automated dashboards, and tools to enable the Group Compliance team to focus on strategic initiatives and create real-time monitoring.
• Contribute to the development of training programs and raise awareness on AI/automation.
• Participate in developing a strong network with other Group and local Compliance functions.

Your Profile

Who You Are

• Master’s degree in data science, Business Intelligence or equivalent.
• Expertise on Microsoft PowerBI and PowerApps on the end-to-end process (from data load, analysis to visualisation and publishing).
• Expertise on Python (or other programming/scripting language for data handling such as SAS, R or ACL).
• Some experience in transformation/consulting activities would be a plus.
• Some experience in data science would be a plus.
• Fluent in English.
